A popular Lagos based musician, Mukaila Senwele, has been confirmed dead.
The artist, Mukaila Senwele, originally from Illorin, West Local government of Kwara State was based in Lagos state where he built his musical career. Known for his popular phrase “Koni da fun ebo to se costay”, the artist’s death happened in the late hours of Friday.
According to his close family member who passed the news to ROYAL NEWS, Senwele did not die from any illness. In fact, he was hale and hearty the previous day, even spending time with his fans and friends and promised to visit his family house later in the day.
After spending the previous day celebrating, his family members would receive an urgent call about his condition. Upon arrival, his relatives attempted to rush him to the nearest hospital, but Senwele passed before any major attempts to save his life were made.
Following his tragic death, Senwele is set to be buried on Saturday morning.
